Exploring Attachment.
Radical Relating: All About Attachment Group.
This eight-week series is an introduction to attachment patterns and communication. Here is the deal: we all have these attachment “patterns” that, when we get into close relationships, get lit up; what often happens is our attachment patterns interacts with the patterns of our loved ones and an argument about the dishes starts to not feel like it is about the dishes. We want to help you with your side of that dynamic. We want to help you uncover what you tend to do when your attachment pattern gets lit up, and open up what else could be possible. We’ll be helping you sort aspects of your experience, and will be exploring new ways of being and communicating.
We’re into experiential learning, and so you will be learning bite-sized pieces, and then will be diving into practice with real examples from your life. You will be randomly assigned to work with other participants in break out rooms, and we will (virtually) roam and/or be available to help.
We are affirming of ethical non-monogamy (ENM), polyamory and open relationships. We are LGBTQIA+ affirming, actively learning anti-racist, body positive, sex positive, and kink positive.
